edit roles to become:

MD - super admin 1 person

General manager - 1 Admin

Area Manager (3 persons) - 5 branches

Branch managers - 

credit officer (under branch manager multiple (savings and disbursment) to BM's table 


Transfered officers should not move with branch records and should replace the current officer (swap or replace)

creation of aditional roles

add branch address to branch creation


collect loan form add nin capture
 newly created members fresh loan takes 3 days after request (day1 member application and contribution , day2 contribution and gurantor, day3 final contribution and disburmt) IMPLEMENT A LEDGER 

existing membes 2 waiting period for application and disbrmnt
